Turn and Look Behind is an exercise that energizes and tones the central nervous system - the brain and spinal cord. It also prevents neck problems by increasing the strength and flexibility of the muscles and the neck. It is a wonderful antidote to the rounded upper back, forward head and collapsed chest posture that too often comes with the process of aging. |
