- Stand feet shoulder width apart, knees slightly bent, arms at your side.
- Inhale & slowly raise arms in a circular motion above your head.
- Continue to inhale, rotate hands so they face up, lift up on you toes & hold for 1-2 seconds.
- Exhale, bringing arms down in circular motion and lowering your heels.
- Repeat up to 9 times.
