- Stand with feet in horse riding stance and bend your knees.
- Cross arms in front of chest with left arm on top. Point index finger on left hand.
- Extend your left arm pointing to the left.
- At the same time draw the right arm back with your elbow bent.
- Breath in deeply as you pull back.
- Exhale and bring arms back to starting position. Repeat on the right side.
- Repeat up to 9 times on each side.
