Qigong (Chi Kung)

Qi or Chi means energy or breath.

Gong or Kung means exercise or practice.

Together they are a means of learning to focus on your breathing, increase your energy and to exercise your body for improved fitness and health.

It will loosen muscles, improve posture, enhance blood circulation and promote relaxation.

Focus on your goal - to restore the body to balance and heal the body, mind and spirit.
